Yesterday was Black Friday, usually I don't believe this because i'm not superstitious. So I kinda enjoyed my day! Korean Cuisine for lunch yesterday!        Actually I wanted to eat Dim Sum in NanBei Restaurant. But my family and I noticed "EHH How come Nolboo Hangari Galbi is in Takashimaya!" Hahaa. then we went in. However, I prefer Orchard Central branch, they will treat you like korean kings/queens. ;) Love their pork and chicken! <3 After we had finished our lunch, Jeremy and I walk on our own to Cineleisure, we didn't go there for a long time already.. Walked to there from Taka and then he suggested to try BestFriesForever. We tried Wasabo Fries... the verdict is.  Nothing special! Perhaps if you are potato-geek, you might like it. McDonald's fries is better! Despite being disappointed about the fries, I suggested to try out Frolick! Expecting it's better than the Fries! Who knows?! Their service sucks however their yoghurt ice cream is not bad but can't be compared with Yoguru! During the transaction, I gave her less money by mistake, I thought it's $3.70 instead $4.70. Then she shouted "$4.70" at me. After transaction she didn't even show any courtesy by saying thank you. Her voice was so low! how can I hear you when you whisper to me? Worst service ever received by Singaporean! Urgh! At that time, I was so furious! How can someone in the service line shouts at your customer! I sent a complaint letter to Frolick's email yesterday, this morning I received a reply from the Director. I hope he will do something or even warn the staff! -.- Dear Jerome, We are deeply apologetic for such behaviour. We are appalled that this even happened. To assist us in our investigation, would you be able to let us know which staff this is. She would have been wearing a name tag. If you had not noticed, maybe you could give us the date and time of your visit, with a description of the said offender. We thank you very much for your time and assistance in this matter.
